RULES OF LEONA'S TREASURE HOUSE

1)To open a box and start shopping, you need to place an order,Minimum order $20 (free shipping to USA, all other countries $5 for shipping one time per day)
2) If you would like to purchase wholesale quantities or an order over $200, please make your purchase outside of the live with Leona via email or WhatsApp.
3)There will be a claim list for limited or exclusive items only. After you have claimed what you would like, you have 5 minutes to pay or risk being blocked. Comments about relisting you while first list has not ended will be ignored.
4) When an item has an Open Claim that means you can claim as many as you want.
5) If you request an item, we will hold the item for 5 minutes for you to pay. If you don't pay within 5 minutes, the item will be open for someone else to purchase.
6) After you claim an item you may not exchange it or cancel your order. Please be sure you want something before you claim!
7) Link options range from $20-$200. Pay as much as you want. If you picked items that total more than what you paid then please pay the difference to check out. You need to check out every $100 spent. If you don't check out and didn’t pay by the end of the live you will be blocked.(deadline is pay before next time start)
8) Kindly remember to use please and thank you when requesting anything from the Hosts. As always if you have any questions please tag a MOD for help.
9) Please keep track of your purchase, we will provide you a glimpse of the price board when possible.

SHIPPING:
-Our shipping time frame is 14 to 21 Business Days (Closer to 10-14 Business Days)
-You will receive a Shipping Email as soon as your order is shipped (please check your spam folder or add us to your safe receiver list)
-With that email you'll be able to track your package(s) on the Shop App or 17track: https://www.17track.net/en
-It is your responsibility to track your package and keep up to date with it.
-Please remember that some countries have a weight limit for shipping so some of your items may be sent in multiple packages, but should arrive within the 21 Business Days window.
-We will assist with package tracking after the 21 business days have passed, please email us and we'll get back to you during customer service hours.
-Once your package(s) have left our shop, we are no longer responsible. If you have a shipping error, move, etc., it's your responsibility to contact your local post.
-We will not Refund or Credit any lost packages.
BROKEN ITEM PROCEDURE:
-Please email us with the Name on the Order, Order Number, Date of Order, Picture of Broken Item, TT screen name and we will let you know how we intent to proceed, during our customer service hours.
